Does logging on give you headaches, blurred vision, and dry eyes? Fight back with these tips.
Make sure your eyes "look down" slightly when you work. "Look away" from your screen every half hour, and focus on something 20 feet away. And "leave your desk" completely once every hour to give your eyes break from the screen.
Remember the Three(3) Rs:
Readjust(your screen, that is--on something far away, once in a while)
Remove (your whole body--from your workstation, now and then). And, what the heck, blink once in a while, too,to help keep your eyes moist.
It is good to learn and earn while doing something with our computer but it is also much better if we should take good care of our health.

adjust the light of the screen if its really too bright. This will cause some mild eye irritations too. And oh, i forgot to add the other "R", it's "refocus" your eyes on something far away, once in a while. Thanks a lot pradoz.

WEll
Logging on does not give me headache or something like that. But when the computer's slow, that sure freaks me out. I try to put my attention towards something else when I am using computer and when the computer is slow!

Good advice there, something I have done for quite some time. I find it is much better since I got a TFT screen - for some reason it doesn't make the eyes so dry.. And I think there is less electromagnetism coming from it that there was from my old monitor which seemed to give me a lot of headaches :-)

yeah you are right on your tips, i usually forget to blink my eyes thats why my eyes is dry... ouch...
right now i should practice the tips that you write in.
one question if you are in a hurry about your work, can you move your body away from your work station? probably blinking of the eyes you can do that, changing or adjusting the screen you can do that if you are still in a hurry, but moving away from the worktstation?.... hmmm.... any other alternative about this?
all in all still it is a good tips that should to put in action...
