Well, my newest cat, Mimi, still does, but who can blame her? She lost her home after having been raised from kittenhood and living there for five years because the baby was allergic to her. The previous owners also had her front paws declawed, which was a mistake. Anyway, it was either find her a new home or take her to the shelter. My other two cats, Waffles and Columbus, are very friendly and laid-back. But I love all of the fur babies.

Believe me, I could not agree more! Only God knows how long it will take for Mimi to lose her fear and trauma. She even growls at me when I talk to her! Poor cat.

I don't have a cat (for those reasons..lol) but I just gave my cousin her cat back this morning...she was away and didn't want to leave it in the house...that cat would attack my ankles whenever I sat down...or if I am about to feed him, he would jump and start scratching my knees..I don't know what was wrong with him..I think it just didn't like me or something..thats why I have dogs..

No, our cat just ignores us unless she is hungry, then she is your best friend, rubbing against us and meowing. Of course you know know that she does attack those she doesn't like. Like my 5 year old, which she attacks him when he is upset and down..lol
