I just wanted to know how do you handle snoring partners? Is there any cure for not snoring at night? Doesn't that disturbs you during your sleep? How do you manage to have a good sleep then? Will you file a divorce if he/she persists to snore while sleeping?

Has your spouse tried the nasal strips that you put on your nose that are supposed to help snoring? What about some of the nasal sprays, have you tried them? Or for you, have you tried the foam ear plugs that comfortably conform to the shape of your ear to help block the sound? If all else fails, how about separate bedrooms? Divorce seems like an extreme action because of snoring unless you've tried everything and nothing has helped.

I am a snorer, I have sinus problems too which doesn't help but when I take sinus medication before I go to bed I am a little quieter. I am lucky as my partner is used to it and has stuck around through 15 years of snoring. I think if snoring is our biggest problem that we are indeed lucky.

There is a better solution to a loved one's snoring than divorce! Actually, in many people, snoring is not just an annoyance to the spouse, but could indicate a life-threatening health condition, which if left unresolved could leave someone seriously impaired or worse. Apparently, many snorers have high blood pressure which could result in strokes or heart attacks. If they have a condition called sleep apnea, they actually stop breathing long enough to cut off oxygen to the brain. Treatment for sleep apnea used to be very expensive and uncomfortable, but now there is a very small very comfortable and remarkably inexpensive device that can be worn in the snorer's mouth which gives relief to the sleeper's family, and protects the snorer from injury. It is called the Somni Snore Guard and it does not require a prescription or have to be fitted by a dentist. I bought one for a dear friend who suffered terribly from sleep apnea (not to mention what he unwittingly put his wife through!) and the results were simply amazing. It really worked!

My partner snore but not all the time and he snore not so loud so it has no problem for me and he didn't disturb my sleep but when i'm watching television in our room and he already fall asleep and he snore, I wake him up and tell him that he sleep on sideways because I heard from my friend that people that snore are more often to dream bad dreams. For me, snore is just fine so I will not file divorce or annulment because of that.

Hi friend, it is really hard to deal with such kind of snoring partners, but filing divorce for this silly reason is not a solution to this problem. We can consult doctors to find out the cure for this activity. Luckily my wife never snore while sleeping
