What makes you want to read a post in the "making money" interest section?

There are millions of posts here advertising new programs, old programs, scam programs, and etc. There are posts discussing blog tips, information about how to make money online, ways to get referrals to your programs, and how much you make online.
A lot of posts seem pretty redundant and mundane. What actually draws you to click on a post topic listed under the "making money" section?
I thought I would engage in something different here. I don't really expect many responses as it seems like these posts around here don't really get many anyway.

I respond to discussions that aren't just the same thing over and over again. If I just see a discussion with a link saying "Hey sign up for so and so" I pretty much just ignore it. If there is a discussion that is listing a new program and the person actually takes the time to explain the program and why it's so great and doesn't list the link then I will respond inquiring more information. Or if a friend posts something about a new program I might respond to that discusssion. But other than that I just stay away from the making money section. It just seems to be the same things all the time.

I'll read them if the discussion is started by one of my friends. I'd also read if the person actually took the time to write about the program, not just "New pay site!" as title and "http://newpaysiteblahblahblah=ref?person.com" as the discussion. If someone actually takes the time to write about how much it pays, when to cashout, minimum cashout, does it have a forum? Does it have good support? Things like that. Because that's a discussion. A ref link sounds a lot less like a discussion and a lot more like spam to me.

I usually will look at a post if it's something I may be interested in. I also tend to look at how people type and whether or not they use complete sentences instead of just a few words.
There are so many posts in here, and alot of them are the same but there are some good ones every once in a while.

Most people on mylot are here to make an extra buck and thus the redundant discussions on this topic. Everone is trying to cash in and make some extra money and this place is a good place to look for quick referrals because of the demographic.

we'll I'm interested to such topics and being true to myself... I actually become curious on such articles because some would help me at some ways into earning extra for my family. I'm spending my life earning for my family and caring for them as well that's why I chose to go online for earning a few bucks.

Hi, Hon, everyone likes to go to Money making sites, but you half to watch out because they could be a scam, especially since they want money, I don't even deal with those kinds.

What draws me to it is that I really want to earn money. Lol. But a lot of the posts under this section are just scams and people trying to get referalls, and it is pretty annoying. But sometimes you do find some good sites, so I can't complain too much. But that is what draws me to this section.

I read these posts because you never know what you are going to find out from someone.
I like to check out the different sites that people recommend and if I think that I will like them, I usually join under them.

I generally look at this section to see what other's say about the online programs I have joined and whether any new good program has come.
Some people really make good referrals through mylot. I am not lucky so far in this matter. But mylot members share some info on the current ongoing online market trends and also scams are analysed sometimes.

I usually look just to see what it is going on. Sometimes I respond and other times I don't. I think more or less for me would be to see if the program actually works for them before I get involved with something like that.

Its the hope to make some money out of the internet I suppose. Some people just have too much time on their hands and why not make a little money out of it even though it could be pennies. I am one of them. :P I hope to make a little money to sustain my online gaming as well as subscription to megaupload. :D
