Yes that is how mylot works.I do not know exactly how much it pays per post. But You can either post a discussion foior others to respond to, or you can respond to others discussions. You must respond with good quality answers, not just one or two lime answers. The person that posed the discussion will rate the response that you gave.You can make more for referrals and up loading photoes too.Once you have 100 posts you will gwt a star buy tour name. When you get 500 postes you can copy & paste.

This is pretty cool know a realize what are the things a new commer needs to do! I see that you have been in this social network for quite some time. Do you know how often you get paid? Do you get pay as well for tagging and rating the comments and postings?
