LUSH party this Friday...tell me what the parties are like!

I'm getting to go to one finally!!!
It's a Harry Potter based party so I'm taking my cousin too, we are very excieted to go, but I'm wondering what they are like and what you do for the whole 3 hours?
Also, what are the goody bags like?
Do you get alot of stuff in them when you make a big enough purchase? I'm realy curious about them!

I am going to my first party tomorrow. It is the Grand Opening Providence party. I am so excited!! It feels like I have been waiting forever for the shop to open. I will post again about how it went after I get back from the party.

I got to the party around 4:50.. the party was supposed to start at 5. There was a very small line to get in to the shop. They were giving away Grand Opening bombs at the door that were in the shape of the American flag and a sugar cookie that had the Lush logo on it. Inside it was very packed and a little hard to move around. They were doing free facials in one corner of the shop. Nothing else seem to be going on. I have heard other parties have had trivia contests and such. Perhaps they do that stuff as the evening goes on (and the crowd thins out a bit). They were giving away a free goodie bag with a $45 dollar purchase. I am not complaining or anything but I was a bit disappointed in my goodie bag. I got a Happy soap that was in the shape of a smiley-face and a Marathon bubble bar that was majorly squished. (I am thinking the Marathon had to be a factory reject). I can't wait to use my Grand Opening bomb in tonight's bath. It smells really good.. very similar to Butterball in my opinion. I probably have no chance of winning the $100 gift card that was hidden in one of the bombs though.
