What is the best form of exercise walking or Jogging?

Walking is better. Jogging you might hurt your knees and it's hard on your feet. I walk, and run for a little while, walk, and run, and keep that up for about fifteen minutes or until I am near where there are lots of people. I hate people thinking I am in a hurry and asking if I need a ride (unless it is pouring rain, of course.)

If you can still manage to jog then it's really good to jog but if not walking can help too.

Personally I think walking is better for you. They say it's easier on your feet than jogging is. I walk a lot and it helps me lose weight and keep my legs toned. My sister lost 100 pounds just by walking every day.
