Running the Dishwasher?

How often do you run the dishwasher? I guess it would matter how many people are in your family. There is 2 in mine and I run it once ever 3 days. Is that too much? Sometimes I feel it's justified and at times I think. "hey didn't I just do this?" How about you?

I run my dishwasher everyother day we have 3 in my family but it really matters on the meals we are having. On the weekend I try to have a really nice homecooked meal on the weekdays we usually eat light. It also depends on the season also in the winter I seem to have more dishes to wish then in the summer do you find it that way also?

Well...we have 4 in our family and I usually run it once a day. We prolly should run it more. Like today I had more to put in there but I will save them to go with tomarros breakfast dishes. Tomarro I will run 2 loads

There are two of us in our household and we run the dishwasher 1-2 times a week. Having a dishwasher is totally new for me so I was pretty excited about the proepect of being able to use one.
However, I know it uses a lot of water and energy so we only run it when it's full and I use the energy saver setting that does not have the "heat dry" instead I just open the door and let the items air dry over night, or what I am at work. This seems to work pretty well and I know that I am bing more environmentally friendly.

We have 3 in our family, but my son is rarely here so the dishes don't become to many..We run ours every 2 or 3 days..
