I am just curious why you picked the picture for your avatar?
I have on my avatar my dog (the love of my life) Sassy Sue. She is a cocker spaniel and she is 2 years old. I picked her as my picture as she bring a smile to my face.
Tell me about your avatar and how/why you picked it?
Just curious.

Hello UDDERONES!
I selected the avatar that I use because it represents a character or personality that I really would like to be or I try to be.
I really like to stretch my hand to someone who needs my assistance, uplift, encouragement, energy and help. I would like that no body feel lonely or left aside, I'll offer my companionship. I also like people to take my hand so that we move forward with the help of each other. I also like to make friends on the basis of mutual respect and partnership. I like to invite people to join and help me in my struggle against many evils present all around. For every of the above reasons, I'll stretch my hand out. My avatar conveys all these messages, so it immediately caught my attention and appreciation when I saw it and that's why I selected it to represent me, my personality, attitude and behavior:-)

my avatar speaks of my hobbies and interests about computers. i am a person who is addicted to computer, all aspects of it, except the technical side such as repair and upgrade. i am no good in that. you will find me always tinkering the keyboard, playing games, chatting, surfing, emailing and discussing in forums like mylot and the last but not the least earning few bucks from making money programs online. i just love computers. i spend about 18 hours using the net everyday. it's more than a hobby already. it's addiction i should say.

I love the picture. I love how you have it made up. My picture of my cocker I don't think you can see real well. I am not talented so I don't know how to make anything cute.
You said you have more than 60 dogs and soon there will be more. What do you do? Are you a shelter?
They certainly do bring smiles to my face. I am amazed at how smart my cocker is.

I own three females. The rest keeps coming back for vacations or hair cuts or visits. They are all mine as if I have never sold them.
If you want to look at pictures of cockers from across the big pond, here on my nickpage is a link to my website. You might not understand the language but you will for sure understand the pictures.
The avatars are not that hard to make. I show you another one of another cocker that I own.

I like your orginal avatar. I went to your web page and you are right I don't understand the lauguage but I do love the pictures. The picture of the cocker running with their ears up in the air and off the ground. I have one of my dog when she was a puppy (about 1 year old) that looks just like your picture. But my dog is buff in color/Blonde. They call her buff with a white top or silver top. She has a streak between her eyes on on her top of her head that is while.
Thanks for your response. The couple we bought our dog from I e-mail her pictures from time to time. She cried when we bought her and took her home. My husband and I didn't get her fixed right away and I told him if she had puppies I wanted her to bread but we decided that was alot of work and I would want to keep all the puppies so we had her fixed. I would love to get me another cocker but I think one is enough for us for now.

As I mentioned when you were sharing your pet stories...I love your Avatar...and yes I will cast my vote in her favor.
I chose Owl for my Avatar for a number of reasons...the first and most important one is that I love them! All owls..and the one I have on my site fits well with my slogan...Fly High With Your Own Wings.
Owls have a great number of attributes that I admire and why I chose an owl as the logo for my writing company Perspectives On Healthy Living. In Native Spirituality they have many attributes that fit well with the work I do as a life coach and group leader.
The owl is a nocturnal bird strongly associated with them moon and feminine energy. They are shrouded in mystery and were once worshiped in some cultures, similar to cats in Egypt. North American tribes believe owls possess great healing powers. Shamans who use owl medicine have the ability to uncover secrets, to expose that which is hidden. In the work that I do a free lance news reporter...I believe owl assists me in all aspects of my work...and hopeful adds some wisdom as well.
So there you go...my reasons for choosing Owl as an Avatar. I believe all my work 'perspectives' benefit from what owl has to offer.
Works for me!

I chose mine because for a long time I have been intrigued by the concept of infinity and I like the look of the infinity symbol. I have used it other places, so it was also readily available to me since I had already resized the photo so that it is acceptable as an avatar for most boards.

My avatar is the "God's Eye" Nebula. I love Astronomy. And I like the idea of God watching over us. Symbolism.
