Is chat speak becomming its own lanuguage?

I think a couple (I love u) and all is okay, but when it gets down to 0mg I 4m s0 1337! I really can't stand it. What do you guys (and girls) think?

thinkit is ok but it is getting out of control adn soem are pushing the limits to see if they can make you guess or have to ask what the heck they mean.
