I do have to say, I love the peanut butter and jelly "friends" image in the original post - too cute.
MelodyRhapsody - love your avatar - a perfect match to the discussion LOL Need something to drink due to eating so much peanut butter and milk does the trick *wink*
Hmmmm peanut butter and bananas - YES!
Oh yea! Peanut butter and chocolate. Can we say - Peanut butter cups?! I also like taking plain Hersey chocolate bars and scooping them in peanut butter. HMmmmmmmmmmm.

I love peanut butter! I prefer creamy over chunky. I typically have peanut butter with jelly - sandwiches. In fact, I just had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich about an hour ago. Black Raspberry jelly. Yummy!
I also like peanut butter on toast, especially when it's slightly melted.
Wooohoo! This is my 101st post - got my white star, starting out with a 7! *grins*

Is there a strange way to eat peanut butter??? LOL!
I love PB&J, on pancakes, apples, carrots, celery, mixed with choclate chips and raisins, on toast, with cream cheese on bagles.
One of my favorite snacks is PB spread ona flour tortilla, sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Wrap it up, then stick in microwave for a few seconds (Just enough to start melting.) take it out and eat. YUM!
My daughter like grilled PB sandwiches. Made like grilled cheese, only PB instead of cheese. I have to admit, they are really yummy.
Finally, and yes, this one is wierd, my mom likes eating PB on raw hotdogs. and I had a friend in college who loved eating PB and Bologna sandwiches. To me... that's taking it a bit too far, but to each his own, right?

OH, how could I forget PB cookies? The world's simplest PB cookie recipe...
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
Mix together, roll into 1" balls, and place on cookie sheet. Press with fork to make the criss-cross. and bake at 350 for 8-10 min. or until done.

Peanut butter constitutes an ingredient for a delicacy in my culture. We usually prepare beef in either fresh form or roasted form. Roasted beef or wild game meat like an antelope is usually literally dried over fire and can be stored in that form for many days. Once meat in such form is cooked, no grilling whatsoever is done, instead it is boiled in ingredients such as tomatoes, egg plants, ccucumber, etc. and then it is finally seasoned with peanut butter-salt is added to taste and the aroma is irresistable-we usually eat with millet bread using hands-no forks or knives or spoons, just washed hands-it is a real delicacy!

I grew up on peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwiches. A day wouldn't go by when I didn't have one. Sometimes I would just have one slice of bread with peanut butter alone. Or when I would make my sandwich I would take one bite out of each piece of bread after I put the peanut butter on them before I added the jam.
Now, I rarely eat peanut butter and jam. It might have something to do with my illness. The last one I had I got an upset stomach. I have to be careful what I eat. I never thought I would ever get over the cravings for peanut butter and jam sandwiches. Now the only time I have peanut butter is a spoonful when I have the hiccups. A spoonful of peanut butter cures the hiccups.

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of peanut butter. But I somewhat like the crunchy kind. I will eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, although that is once in a blue moon. I don't eat them, but peanut butter cookies are my dad's favorite, so sometimes those are made. Replace the sugar with Splenda and they aren't so bad for the health either.

i love peanut butter best off a spoon... hahaha, great for licking. :)
i also like it on freshly baked pan americana and sometimes on toasted breadloafs... they make wonderful snacks. i also tried it on pancakes and plain biscuits but freshly baked bread is better. :)

I mostly eat on toast, but I love it with bananas! Tastes great on vanilla ice cream too! I also tend on eating it by itself - I get a spoon, scoop a bit out on a cup and eat it like that! Lol. It sounds funny but takes great on it's own. I love peanut butter, it's so versatile!
OH, and I'm definitely gonna give it a try on pancakes, apples and celery. Yum! :D

Yummy, just hearing peanut butter makes me want to eat it. Well, it's hard to find it here where I live, but every time I find it I buy a lot of them, makes me look like a crazy children or a pregnant with a desire! I can eat it with anything, cookies, cake, bread, but what I like the most is to catch a spoon and eating it pure, can't get better! That's the best way ever.
