Life is full of challenges, sometimes we dont understand sometimes not, if you work to this particular job and have been there for so long sometimes you will come to the point that you want to quit, especially they are not giving you the priveledges that you need to recieve, all jobs can be tiring but it depends on us, if we really fit in to the job we are right now and happy doing it even we dont receive the right compensation and benefits we will be satisfied as long as your happy to the position we you are right now you know your job and everyday as you come to the office you can respond to the security guard a pleasant morning too..see that's it but if we belong to a job where does not fit to us even though the compensation is so high then you need to make yourself highly competitive because your boss is expecting something from you but if you are on the right job you will be satisfied though problem comes but still you can breath regularly:)

Yes, so you need to prioritize things in your life, if you are not happy with your work then leave it, and find a work that fits you, a job that your talents and abilities will be used by it so that you can relate always with your co-worker and employer, there is no such perfect things in this world, and remember man is always not satisfied for what he have, if you you look on to your priorities and organize your activities then you will have a better and fulfilled life..

The very fact that 35 of my 40 employees are with our firm for the past 7 years and of the 5 who left, for 3 of them I helped them secure a better job in a german collaboration firm. 2 of them left for their village to carryout agriculture operations. Hardly anyone left our firm. They are told about their jobs and they just do it and everyyear, all of them are given increments in salary, food allowance are paid, 2 wheeler vehicles are purchased and given to them to travel to and fro.
