hypocrite smiling

I am sick and tired of hypocrite smiling.
In many stuations, I feel constrained to smile. Actually I like smile, but there are times that I don't feel like smiling. I want to be free to smile when I wanna smile, and not to smile when I don't want to smile. Sometimes I have to smile because I don't want the other person to feel that I am unpleasant. I think that there are some situaions that call for smiling, for example, greetings, listening to other people telling stories, having eye contact with somenoe who is smiling, listening to someone asking me for a favor that I don't want to give but don't want to seem cruel. But to me, when I smile even if I don't want to, my smile would be hypocritical. So please tell me how can I avoid smiling when I don't want to smile.

Eat something? :)
nah just kidding.. sometimes we need to smile to be civil to others even if we don't feel like smiling. if you don't want to smile, you can tell the person, "sorry if i look so glum. my mind's really preoccupied.." just to avoid rudeness. i do that sometimes.. :)
