It's 5 in the afternoon and I am not gonna be out of the office until 6:30 PM, I am so tired and all I wanted to do is go home and lie down on the comfort of my bed. I'm stressed of so much things here in the office..I think I need a break! and that remind me of my cold cold coffee and chicken pie sitting at the top of my table..:( how about you? aren't you tired? what do you do when you're so tired and stress of office works or anything for that matter?

If I was you, I would have spend the lunch hour outside and enjoying the weather. I would concentrate on the duties at hand and soon it would be time to go home. Upon safely traversing the distance to go home through traffic on foot or by car, I could enter my abode and seek out the mail, change my clothes, with a shower or not, and grab a nice snack. If things could be put on hold then I would crawl into bed and relax. A good sleep could arm me well for the following day. Including little moments to take care of myself I would not get so stressed and needing to hibernate. Good luck with this. You can do better!

I think what's really stressing me here is the long hours I spent at the office,I don't know whoever decided that our time must be from 8:30 am to 6:30 PM so that's basicaly 10 hours...sigh..so it's never "soon for me to go home" And yes, i eat lunch here too, I cannot afford to go out of the building walk down the stairs from the third floor and then walk back again.I only have an hour for lunch..and because I have my lunch here..I work too during lunch..:( Thank you for wishing me luck..yeah..I can do better!!

I would just head for the bed, no questions asked, no phone calls entertained, and entirely disconnected from the world. But sometimes it's not so easy isn't it, especially when troubled by money issues. But even that I believe we can handle things better with a fresh, clear mind.

i am tired. i also came off from being sick for about a week already being stressed and was down with flu-like symptoms. i just reported today at the office, and i get easily tired after being sick. when i get stressed or tired from the office, i usually try to get in touch with my friends or family on the phone. i like talking to my nephews and nieces and ask how their day was, school and all. my 3 and 6 year old nephews have so much energy in them that they are fun to talk with. you wouldn't hear that they have been stressed or something. hahaha also, it's also nice to unwind with a cone of ice cream. :)

Just like you, I just want to lie down in my soft, warm bed and doze off...our work is one great source of stress so that at the end of the day, we are practically all burned out. After a tiring day at work, I also want to just watch TV, or do mylotting, or read my favorite book, play with our puppy, or do some domestic chores. Anything, just to forget office work for a change...Of course, the next day would be another day at work, so it's pretty much the same...but at the end of the day, it's good to unwind and relax...

The same goes with me. Whenever I am tired, I will go to my bed and lie down. It is the most comforting thing to do and it really relaxes my body. As soon as my body reaches the mattress, I feel so relieved. Usually I will take a half hour to one hour rest. After that I will be energized again and can continue with my work.

if i was exhausted and was pressed with the problem of the work..i went to the place that might eliminate the pressure and the fatigue...like the place of ventilation.

When i am tired i just want to go to bed but sometimes when i am tired early in the night like 6 pm or so i cant do that cause i will wake up to early and not be able to get back to sleep. So if it is too early to go to bed i will make myself some hot chocolate or some tea to relax myself and work on mylot for a while that is relaxing to me and passes the time away.

Last night I felt the same way. I've had difficulties sleeping lately, for three days now. And, I got to bed again very late. Luckily for me, I was able to sleep late, and so I don't feel so bad anymore! Most times when I am feeling overly tired or stressed, I put a DVD movie on and try not to think about work.

I am very fortunate to work from home and that does not include MyLot! :) Whenever I get frustrated or tired I just get out my office and go for a walk in my garden as to stretch a bit and get real sunlight and fresh air. After a few minutes I feel kind of recharged!
