whats the best medicine for pimples?

I am suffering from pimples this time and i hate seeing my face with it. I really dont know whats the cause of this, i am worried because my final interview for work will be this coming friday..hope i can get this out of my face...somebody help me?

Try Tea Tree Oil,it's really good for the skin.And drink lots of water!

I always hear that proactive is a very good medication for acne. Have you tried that? I have oily skin, but just washing my face everyday helps me out, but I have to change my pillow case weekly, else i'll start getting acne on the side of my face, since i sleep on my tummy with my cheek on the pillow.
