How can I learn English well?

I am a chinese. I have to pass some English exam,so that I can get a better education. At past time,I try my best to study English ,the main method is to learn the English word by heart,but my oral English is very weak,I want to improve it ,how can I make it.I hope someone can give some advice,thank you for it.

I have watch few movies and I did not see subtitle when I watch movies.But I did not stick to it.I will try to get over it and learn English very well.Oh I am studying in Beijing now,welcome to Beijing!

I know this is going to sound funny, but if practicing English with a native speaker is not an option for you, I would try watching some English videos or television. A friend of mine who moved to the US and had to learn English quickly took to watching children shows to help her english. They go nice and slow and even help with grammer rules. If you want some more advanced than that, she also said that she watched a lot of sitcoms and movies so that they could get a better ear for everyday talk and slang. By the time I met her, her English was really exellent.

Hi there. Look your best option is too apply for extra tutoring, since you have exams... You can also go into chat with other english speaking people... Good luck with the language...

i think practice is the good answer. by practicing gradually you'll improve your speaking, maybe through chatting, talking with friends, and even children.you need someone that would always be with you that is speaking english so you can practice it everytime
