My gosh!, why would he think that because he is older than me and have worked in this company much longer than anybody else, he could do anything he like and just passed his job to my desk and don't accept "no" answer. I dont mind to do his job when he is busy and I am not, but I saw him just chatting with others while asking me to do his job?.. Nobody have reported his act to my manager and when I once did that. he hates me more than ever and treated me so bad.
Sometimes I hate it being a nice person, people use me and I cant get out of the situation.. Somebody help!!!

I hope I can help you personally, but then the only thing I can give you is my suport and a virtual pat in the back.
Yeah, it is very unfortunate but there are such kind of people in many work places. They are the slackers, the sloths who want to finish anything with the easiest way possible. Give them power, then they will force their underlings to do the work for them.
All I can say for you is if you know that you are on the side of the right, then don't budge, do not surrender. If you do, he will think that you can easily be bullied. I know that this is hard to do...but you have no other choice.

Oh dear welcome to my world. One time I made a comment I felt like there was a sign on my forhead that said, "Use me and abuse me". The person I was talking to asked if I ever thought of taking the sign off.... Made me really think and I did just that - I stopped letting people use me. I did lose a few friends in the process but realized they weren't really friends to begin with they just liked using me.

Some people just feel treatened when someone new comes into the work place, their afraid that you might surpass them or soemthing, the same thing happend to me when I first join the company I work for now.

hi hun i wish was there id come give him a slap for you but sadly i not ok... from experiance in the past best way to get back at him ok is just timming make sure the correct people are in ear shot and when he trys to pass work load or if you already done his work and handing something back.. just say loudly but not shouting the likes of ok ill do it for you this time but i realy think if you strugling this often you should either ask for assistant or a pay rise as you must be being overworked all the time ... the result is normally instantanious either he will go bright red with embarasment at that line or when rest of those in ear shot laugh at him he will feel so small he will think twice when passing his workload off to you again... and yes you do sound very nice girl and you very beautiful to... hope this helps you if not let me know i will come slap him lol take care hun
