What's your definition of 'COOLNESS'?

Oh man, I haven't used the word "Coolness" since I was probably in middle school. crazy. I don't know, I guess when I say something is "cool" it's usually something that I find interesting and weird. Kind of like what you said with the "Uniqueness". I honestly can't think of anything that I've said was "cool" recently. Oh well I did buy some ratatouilli tattoo band-aids yesterday...I think that's pretty cool!

Someone is cool to me when they're in a band. I really just turn to mush around guys with messy-ish, shaggy hair and who don't walk to the corner without their guitar. I just love it, I think it looks way cooler than a guy with a convertible with rims or whatever. I adore music to bits, so guys that live that sort of life really takes on me. My friends always refer to me as a groupie since practically every week I'm obsessing over a new band. Lol.

I do think my definition is a little bit different, cool people I think don't bother to take what others think about that serious and they really don't care that much. If they care about what others think they can have all the goods they want, but in my eyes they are never cool.

A person to me is cool becuase of his/her personality. Some people are so much fun to be around with and they emit such a positive, vibrant vibe. Also, someone who is not afraid to be themselves and doesn't care what others think. That kind of person to me is cool.

Oh I would firstly have to definitely agree about Clive Owen - he is cool AND hot at the same time LOL! But hey, hands off, he's mine! :) In my mind, to be cool someone has to be mature, established, friendly but not overtly so, someone that everyone admires but are not jealous of.

Clive Owen is definitely cool. To me, what cool is in a human form, is someone who is what they are with no apologies, but with the ability to be self aware enough that they learn to put to good use constructive criticism. Someone who is just as comfortable with a CEO as they are with a waitress at the local diner. Now THAT is cool. : )

To me, cool is Motley Crue playing at the 'Whiskey a Go-Go'. That was more than 20 years ago, but I still think it's cool. I also think Jason Statham, Matthew McConoghey, Bruce Willis, Vincent Vantresca, and the guy from 'First Wave', I think his name is Sabastian Spence, are cool. I think my kids are cool, my boyfriend is most definitely cool, and I have cool dogs. The weather here is not so cool, we are talking about 100 degrees. Brussel Sprouts are not cool, either. Chewbacca is cool, MyLot is cool, Halo is cool, the beach is cool, Jack Daniel's is cool. There are many things on my 'cool' list. The coolest thing of all is that it's okay that I think they're cool, even if you don't. That is the best thing about opinions. My style is different from yours, and it would get pretty boring around here if we all had the same opinion. I think that what makes anything cool, is the fact that somebody likes it. If at least one person likes it, then it's cool. I don't think 'coolness' is defined by how many people like it, I think it's based on the individual, thank goodness. I've been trying to instill that in my children since birth. I'd rather they led the bandwagon, rather than follow someone who doesn't know where they're going.

Hello, mean-queen:) For me, a cool person would be somebody who stands his or her own ground. Someone who stands by his/her decision. Someone who has the gift of gab coupled with action. That would be cool for me.

As for me Cool is something that makes me utter wow!!.. LOL.. Like for example I saw a young parents dressed up like a teenager with their babies.. For me its cool... Or Grown Ups playing or hanging out with younger ones.. Its cool for me!!
