Work at home - do you stay up all night?

I am a wahm with two children under 2 and I find myself too distracted during the day to do much work, but too worn out at night to work. My baby wakes me up at 3-4 am every morning and I go to bed at 8 pm. Basically, I am handling children during that entire time because they never seem to sleep at the same time!
Are there any other work at home moms out there who have found a solution? I´m thinking of just drinking more coffee and pushing on through the night until the baby´s first feeding, but I´m not sure that I will be concious after a few days of that! However, I do need to work and have no idea how to manage.

well i started selling avon just after my first daughter was born (there are almost 4 years between our 2 girls)and my hubby would watch the girl(s) when i had to get work done...when they started school, i started freelance writing, but even though they are older, holidays can be tough sometimes.
can you hire a student or someone say an hour or 2 a day to watch them so you can get some work done?
