For non-Sprint and Sprint Cell Phone users: Here's something you should know!

I recently read an article regarding a harsh move on Sprint's part: Terminating and canceling Sprint user's accounts for making frequent calls for customer service questions and questions about billing! Whoa! And to think customer service is suppose to help and be there for their customers! Can you imagine if your cell phone provider did that to you? T-Mobile? Verizon or any other provider? This makes me disappointed on Sprint's move! The only excuse for Sprint is, even though they are terminating certain sprint users they won't be charged on their final bill. So word of advice for you all, non-Sprint or Sprint users, do not make constant calls for a company that is suppose to meet needs and help people with Sprint FAQ's otherwise they will terminate your account!
