Do you gossip or do you keep secrets ?

I think I am very good at keeping secrets.if someone tells me something about themself or others,and they hope me to keep the secret,then I will not let it out.therefore,all my friends trust me very much and ready to share them with me.

i just keep the secrets and i believe that talking about others without knowing the entire thing is bad

If I give my words to anyone to hide his/her secrets then positively I will be loyal to my words. In short I do hate gossip and gossipmongers! dont ask me the reason. i dont know the reason!

I always keep things to myself weither the person tells me to or not! I feel that if someone is going to trust you with something then why would you want to betray that trust and go and tell someone else? I have always believed in treating others how I would like to be treated. That is why my lips are sealed unless the person tells me to tell someone else then that is a completely different story! I do gossip about celebrities, well-known figures in the government and around me. But I don't do it for the sake of ruining the credibility of those persons but to know how they reach their status. I love biographies a lot. So when people are talking about realities of certain successful person, i really listen and even asks questions to get the very facts.

For me, I think that secrets are meant to be kept. And I also think that gossips are made to laugh at and not to be taken seriously. I don't believe in something that is not confirmed because if you do, you might get disappointed in the end. That's my opinion.

gossips are more sinful act as compared to keeping secrets,so i prefer keeping secrets which i do. gossiping is the duty of a woman,one news and the whole community knows it,how???bcoz of these women,gossipers no.1 keeping secrets are good,in thin way atleast people woulnt be coming to abuse u for certain thing.secrets are a pleasure to friendship,u should have noticed friends share their sercrets with one another but they dont like to share it with elders.

I never gossip. But sometimes you should know what is happening around you. For that you can listen to the gossip without participating. I am particular about keeping a secret.

I gossip all the time. I've been trying to cut it down for a while now. And, I am a little bad in keeping secrets. But, sometimes friends do trust me and when they tell me something with trust, I do maintain the ones which are important. Otherwise, some secrets which don't make sense to be hidden, I don't keep them. Just depends, I'm very contradicting in nature.

Most of the times, I have heard people say they are just, exchanging some harmless gossip. Little do they know that gossip cannot be harmless? It is harmful to both the person whom we gossip about and those who indulge in it. Just like some of the foods that we eat, may taste good but are not exactly healthy for our body, so is gossip. However juicy and tempting a piece of gossip may appear to be, it is better not to fall prey to it. Gossip can give me a short term pleasure but the harmful effects it causes will outweigh the pleasures in no time.

I only gossip to people i know will keep it to themselves -Unless the person whom told me to secret told me to keep it to myself, then i would.

i usually like listening to celebrity gossip. but i don't hear or listen to gossip to some people in my place or in work. i usually avoid some group who engage in some gossip. i don't join them and i don't want to be part of their group. i usually keep myself busy and enjoy other things beside gossip. there are more things that i will enjoy and i will benefit from. gossip will not do any good to me. it will not help me earn a living and or have a decent life. and besides i don't want to be branded as gossiper.

I keep secrets, if someone tells me "You can't tell anyone" or "dont tell anyone" then I don't tell anyone regardless of if they ask me or not. If someone has put their trust in you going around and telling people not only hurts them but proves that you aren't trust worthy and if you do habitually you will get a reputation pretty quickly.
