tortion bar lift

I have a 2000 f150 and I am wanting to fit 33s under it by cranking the tortion bars and possibly putting blocks in the back. Has anyone done this or know what problems might occur when I do this??

I've never done this but my experience with lifts is... body lift the body rusts around the lift kit and falls off. Chassis lift...the bushings wear out & are a pain to replace. Anytime you want to block something up you need to make sure that it is very solid.
