School Bus Stupidity

I feel that seat belts installed in school buses should be a law. When children are in a private vehicle children have to use a seatbelt and they have to use a booster seat til the age of 8 or 80 pounds. The same law should be used for children in buses instead of having the children bounce around all over the place in them and sometimes they are not even seated when the bus is moving. I live in Hamilton Ontario..Lorrie
