They say it boosts confidence in you if you speak to your mirror image or smile at it while you are primp-ing or not.And this trick they say works wonderful for those who have a fear of public speaking and for person with low confidence.
But i (although) i am not dreaming of becoming a next Senator i at times smile at my own mirror image but speak .And everytime it happens i naturally laugh out loud all alone in my own room. Its just rediculous, ain't it?
I have seen in few movies where the stars have done this stuff and i am pretty sure few amongst us have also tried it.

Ya you were right especially when you were working at the call center all the employer have their own mirror so that they know their facial expression if he or she angry to that caller, they need this mirror all the time when somebody call their hotline or someone is asking for a long distance call and also they need this mirror so that everytime they face in the mirror they know if they are smiling or not, then the voice. Thats what my teacher said to me because she already try that kind of a job and it is hard if their a customer or subscriber who are always call at you that you are a beach or saying badwords to you, sometimes angry and you dont know why the subscriber was angry to you.

yeah it's totally weird but i smile at myself and i just make myself laugh! sometimes i'll do poses, or dance or talk even... in my head or out loud..... !!
but um, ever since i started doin that, i've been more comfortable with myself and my image and i've opened up to others also. it's as if, once i opened up to myself, it made it easier for me to be more outgoing and cool with others...

I used to think that it was a girly thing to do and men just don't do that sort of thing, but I was wrong! Before now I've never bothered looking into a mirror only to shave, but now I have regained my confidence because of what I am achieving I am looking in the mirror more and now I'm liking what I'm seeing. I can also see dimples showing through as well which I've never noticed before and I love dimples LOL!

Dimples are cool. [Guessing with hands on my chin..who among the celebs has dimples and is cute on her/him.]
Although don't fall for that image.Believe me,men do look into it more and more now. Punks,Emos,Metro-Sxuals,Loners,attitude seekers, all can't do without their mirror.

I smile at my mirror image all the time! It cheers me up, and I get to see what the people I will meet during the day will see. A smile always brightens the day!

I not only smile, but makes faces at myself in the mirror just to be silly. I don't normally do it when I'm alone, usually just if someone else is with me. I think it does boost one's confidence though.
