star and number beside the member's id / myLot

hi! im curiuos about the star and the numbers beside the members id on every discussion? there is a red star with number 9 or a blue star with number 10 and the numbers in the parenthesis what's it all about?

Hi! Welcome to MyLot. It might be best if you read the MyLot guidelines here on the site, if you haven't already. Because a lot of people will give you different answers to your questions. If you read it straight from the site, you might be clearer on what everything is all about. But you do get your star number when your number reaches 100. So don't worry about it not currently showing up. : )
