Do you like saying "thank you" very often?

When you ask for some help? You will say thank you for your help. But when then person is your colleague. What will you do? Do you say "thank you" very often? I don't like saying "thank you" very often. And i also don't mind if you don't say "thank you" after i help you. Maybe you think say "thank you" is very necessary. take your idea please.

I say thank you/sorry very often because I feel that manners are very important and sometimes, it may seem just words but it could make their day. Some people may think this is very fake but I think it is just polite. Like the Japanese or Koreans, I feel very happy when I am around them because of their mannerisms. :D
