Yahoo! MusicLAUNCHcast....no longer free?

When log into my yahoo messenger, i usually start up the launchcast before anything. But recently, Im being prompted to sign up for LAUNCHcast Plus. Whats up with that? Isnt LAunchcast supposed to be free?

I hav not had this happen when ai sign into messenger, ngobis. To my knowledge Launchcast is free. I do believe that Launchcast Plus charges a fee. It really burns me up that you are paying for the service and they want you to pay extra for more service that should be included. That is like the Gametap on Yahoo! They want you to pay a premium price for that also.

The only thing im allowed to play now on launchcast is my own station. Im no longer allowed to play the other stations until i sign up for the launchcast plus. So strange. Silly me, i thought maybe the pc im using had some software malfunction or something. So ive logged in using 3 pc's so far and still the same thing. Im really unhappy about this. I dont want to always be editing what my station plays whenever the mood strikes me to listen to jazz, latin or oldies. Not fair!

Just and update. I can now play some stations, but some are still blocked. Once in awhile i still get the prompt to sign up for Luanchcast
