Most of you know I live on a battlefield . The Battle of Bannockburn, 1314, when Robert the Bruce fought Edward the second, there is a lot of information here and also an IQ test for his time, hope you find it as interesting as I did xx

You really live there wee? What a coincidence I live there too - have we met? I would love to do the iq test but unfortunately my pain meds have just hit my head and I just kept giggling whenever I tried to answer the questions! I will come back and try them when I am not being so silly! xxxx

I got my little bit of history for the morning. I am reading some historical novels that predate Robert the Bruce by about 500 years. I enjoy my history served up in other than text books. Like your post this morning. It looks like from the comments it is still stirring things up a bit. Do you ever feel that there are ghosts from the battle around, or not. I would be an "or not" person, but I know some people are sensitive to those things.

This is great. You should post a summary and this link in the Genealogy Interest group since there are some of us members who are researching Robert the Bruce. I know I got some good linage information on him and his family. I now have to see if and how it ties into my family history. Thank you for sharing this information. Very helpful.

Ok, I did it for you. I did make a point to make sure the researchers in that group know that they need to thank you.
