Do you wear Make-up? I love it, I don't go out the house without it, well if I half to run to the store, or go some where quick, I don't put it on, but that is part of My ritual. I half to wear it, I have been wearing it since I was 16yrs old, I am 52, so figure it out. some Women wear it so well I wear it well, most people tell me this, I always wanted to be an Make-up Artist. Do you wear it? Now this part is for the Men do you like your Women to wear it? or your Wife? I think it enhances the beauty in us. although some Women don't wear it. I think it looks good if you wear it right. I hear that this lipstick that stays on you for hours has Cancer causing agents it in, Have you ever hear of this? I use to wear lipstick like that because it stayed on you pretty good, not anymore. so what kind do you wear, I like different brands mainly Foundation, Lipstick Eye-brow pencil, Blush, Masscara sometimes eye-shawdow, my girl-friend was a Model, and she taught me how to put it on. and I thank her for that. Ok, tell me your story about Make-up either you wear it or you don't I bet the majority do lets find out? I need you mens input too! I know you wear don't wear it but I bet your Women or wife do! Ok, have a good one. Thanks, Marcie

I wear make-up only when I need to. Like business presentations, talking to clients, etc. But if I'm not really doing anything important, then I avoid. Why? Skin becomes loose and saggy sooner or later with too much rubbing (when applying and cleaning make-up. Not to mention the chemicals within the make-themselves. I let my skin breathe once in a while. =)

Yeah you should. Or sooner or later our skin would die due to lack of air. *LOL* Yeah, I think that's the mistake of other people. They are too fond of using make-up that they forget that their natural skin is aging by the minute due to chemicals these things have. It's good to know how to properly use make-up plus yeah, a good breather once in a while to let your skin breathe. =) Thanks for the reply. =)

Speaking from the male side of this discussion, I personally prefer it when women do not wear makeup. I think the natural beauty of a women looks best on her. I don't mind a little makeup. But I really dislike it when I see someone who looks like half of her face would fall off if you touched her. And I don't like it when you can see the line where the makeup ends. Then it looks so artificial, like someone was painting a wall and forgot to finish.

I do wear make-up. A good foundation base and and powder finishing touch is my first thing to wear. Without it I will feel naked on my face. Lol. After that is my lipstick. I really want to wear mascara but I don't know how to wear it. I bet it may change my appearance into more good looking. Lol. Talking about this make-up makes me in a good mood. Yeah we all ladies like to wear make-up and it is part of our lives. My favorite brand for base foundation is Revlon. I use In-2-It for powder finishing touch. My lipstick is Maybelline. Other than that I don't wear anything else. Wish I know how to wear mascara.

I don't wear much make up because I don't know if it's the kind I use, but I don't think it has a good long term effect on my skin.

Oh I love make-up. Spend way too much money on it I'm afraid. I rarely go out without at least some make-up on - usually mascara as a minimum. My daughter was shaking her head at me just last week because I had make-up on when we went to the swimming pool lol! I do think lots of people look ok without it but I don't know anyone who doesn't look better with at least just a little bit if it's properly applied. Personally I just really enjoy buying it and wearing it. I definitely feel better when I'm wearing make-up anyway.

I feel like you it make me feel good to wear my Make-up too! Everyone saids Oh your Make-up loooks nice I like to hear that. that is why I do my best to put it on it is like Art to me when appying it, because I can do the different affects. I am always reading something about how to appy it. I even like the smoky look eyes like the Models have.

This lady does not wear makeup. Never have really. I have always been practical and outdoorsy and not interesting in all the primping and such. I wear my hair long so that I am wash and wear. Waiting for nail polish to dry takes too long for me,one that is always busy. Vanity is not in any part of me. So that is my vote for myself and we shall see if there are any others that might not wear makeup at all.

well i really dont like to wear make up with oyt any occation i m a women and i like to put on it only when there is a function . while going out i didnt use any thing in makeup. not aeven a deodorant i know it is abad habit. but i cant help it .and i hate mens to use make up. i dont like them to use powder also. i feel if a man use make up he has some feminine characterstics in him. its wrong but it is due to that i belong to such family who didnt allow makeup to womens also may be that is the reason.

Hi Marcia, I do not wear any make-up at all either. I do have very pretty skin, I see no reason to wear it.I like the natural nook on me.The less time I have to spend getting ready every day the better for me. I have a very pretty complection.I do however wear a little eyeliner and lipstick when I go to my friends house. I do wear the lipstick that stays on all day, like you are talking about. It is made by covergirl. I have not heard of it causing cancer, but then again, every time i turn around, they are coming up with something causing cancer, I do not worry about that.

I like make-up but I don't use it all the time, my favorite are lipsticks, I have like 20 of them, I don't use the lasting type, and I always like if they are natural based material, like oil or beeswax.

I used to wear them in the office but now that I'm no longer working I hardly put it on. I must admit though that it really works & does wonder. I still keep a handful of them in my drawer.

Well i don't make so much make-up ... i don't use many make-up accessories ... usually only mascara, lipstic, eye shadows. I never go out without mascara on my lashes because that makes my eyes more blue ... and little bit bigger. I like more naturals colors :) Sometimes i can see older woman that are having very bright colors of make-up and it looks funny and not very nice.

I don't know why but I have never been much of a make up person. At the most I might wear nail polish but I haven't even done that in a long time. I can't do my hair either. I guess I wasn't meant to be a girl.lol.

Good Morning Marcie, When I was in my 20's I used to model full time and would even teach the young girls how to apply makeup but now that I work from home I never wear it, the most I wear these days is a good moisturizer and some eye cream, maybe once a week I might put on some mascara, but that is about it. We need to take care of our skin and all these makeups truly don't have the best intention for the longtime wear of our skin, I highly recommend that you give your face at least one day that you don't wear makeup and just wear some moisturizer to try and take away any bad effects that makeup might have done to your skin.

You sound like my mother. She was that way. She wouldn't even open the front door unless she had her make-up on. I used to wear it when I was a teen. After that age, it just broke my skin out. I stay as far away from it as possible these days. I have very sensitive skin nd nothing out on the market these days is good for my skin. The last time I wore it was at my wedding. My hubby prefers me with no make-up which is good.

i don't wear makeup on a daily basis mainly because i m paranoid about my skin!;) i feel after a certain time makeup starts to affect one's skin so why not avoid it. generally i just apply some face cream and lotion to my face before going out and that's it!:) though in social gathering one has to wear makeup or else it would seem so odd and rude, no?
