hi there! :).. panic attacks can really be a problem especially if it affects you're daily living thus, impacts your life. Have you heard about desensitization?.. it somewhat like a slow process of overcoming you're fear. ^____^ read about it, it will help you. my suggestion, invite a friend first in a place where you are comfortable with like you're home and then have fun, do things that you both enjoy. or if you're not comfortable with a friend, start with a family member. ^___^ hoping to here from you soon. ^___^

hi there. I am selective mute which is an anxiety disorder. My daughter has the same. Over time I have learned to keep it under control and so has she. Relaxed breathing techniques are a great help. Also another thing that helped me all but overcome the problem is forcing myself to face it head on. I deliberatley did things that were the most uncomfortable for me to do. The very best thing that I did is get myself a job working in the public. At first it was a nightmare. I stuck with it and gradually my anxiety just melted away. As my daughter grew up, I encouraged her to do the same. She has come a long way and rarely gets panic attacks anymore. me? I can't recall the last time. People meet me now who didn't know me then find it hard to believe i had such a problem. I hope you give it a try. In the meantime...you are in a great spot to open up and make some friends!
