what is your workout routine

people are getting fat by the minute... and we should to something if we want to live more than 50... start moving people... share your workout routines, u may find your workout boring whereas someone else might see it more fun... i like to run early in the morning to get that fresh air and then do weights in the evening... saves me time and i feel more energetic during the day

I have been a member of my local gym for 4 years and I love going down there purely as I have made so many new friends it's great to sit in the spa after a work out catching up with everyone. Ok so maybe I dont do as much exercise as I should down there but mouth gets a good work out!
