You mean soup, right? A simple mushroom siup that I make is by doing the following: cut a whole lot of mushrooms into slices, cut an onion into small parts, then add all to a big pan with about a liter of chicken broth. Let this boil for a while. At the same time prepare a simple roux by adding flour to melted butter until it's smooth and thick. Don't use too much butter as this'll make the soup greasy, about 30 grams should be good. The roux should not be runny. Mix this into the broth mixture, then add milk and perhaps some cream. We usually don't add much or any cream. Let this stand for a while so it thickens up (don't let it boil too much). Once the soup has the desired thickness and creaminess it's ready to be consumed!

Wash mushrooms and slice (use stems too). Saute in 2 tablespoons butter until well browned. Make a cream sauce with 2 tablespoons butter, flour and milk. Add onion soup, chicken soup and mushrooms. Stir constantly. Season to taste. 5 servings.

If you meant soup, then just some mushrooms and a cream type base.Campbell's soup makes a great one, we use it to baste roasts, or to eat by itself.
