image in myLot

Hello, i´m new in myLot, and i want to know how i can put a image in my profile, for when i start a new discussion subject , it appears instead of the symbol with a guy with the explanation mark. Can anyone help me? (I already have a nice picture in my profile but it wont show when i answer a discussion). Sorry about the bad english :(
