i agree with jimbo that money is not what's evil. People make such a big deal about how much money THEY have and how much other's DONT have. It's really sad. But we have been using diffent types of currency throughout the centuries. before people traded goods and bartered, but then people got greedy and thought their goods were worth more than other's goods. So we had to set amounts in differnt forms. People are cruel, greedy and evil. Not money.

No, money in itself is not evil. The Bible says it's the LOVE of money that is the root of all evil. It's when people become greedy, selfish and stab one another in the back..all for the sake of getting more money, then that's when it becomes bad. My pastor always says "money is just a tool to reveal what is in your heart". A good person will use money for a good cause and a bad person will use it for a bad cause or do bad things to gain it.

Money is like any other instrument - like a knife - you can either use to cut an apple or to kill someone. Money is a means to achieve happiness and all the good things in life but it should not become more important than people. When we make money our goal rather than the means then we disregard other people and their rights.
