Good news to smokers!

I logged into my yahoo! homepage yesterday and saw this information from Yahoo! health about smoking, this time not warning smokers of the negative effects but a sort of encouragement that smokers have a slim chance of suffering from pakinson's disease. Is that a guarantee for non smokers to start smoking?
