what time do you usually go to bed?

Gone are the days when we used to sleep at 10 at wake up at 6. Now by the time we have dinner and go to bed, it becomes almost 12 :((..First my son has to go to sleep, then i just sit on the internet for sometime...only then do i sleep. Whats the average time people go to sleep nowadays?

I usually go to bed to sleep at midnight sometimes earlier and then wake up at 6 am in the morning. I fel it works for me. Though i take afternoon nap too to get adequate rest for my body and one feels good about oneself. happy mylotting:)

Maybe between 10-12 PM.I got sleep at 11-12 am.if there a task that must finished tomorrow,I just can sleep at 01-02 am.

I go to bed at 12. No matter how hard i try it is almost 12. Its good to be asleep by 10 to keep yourself healthy but somehow its not working.

Sleep - I maintain a proper sleep routine.
i go to bed at 1130 pm and am very particular about maintaining the routine of sleep.
