Ok i know women get mood swings when pregnant but how about men ????

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I recently noticed that my husband has had a more difficult time with his moods..he is normally laid back and even tempered. He his having trouble at times with his patience since my pregnancy. He explained to me that he feels more pressure and worries about me and the baby..and that his lack of control with the situation is what causes his frustration and decrease in patience. I had to explain to him that it was hard for me to deal with my own mood swings, let alone his, and that I needed him to be strong and steady during this pregnancy. He agreed to do better and has since been much more like his old self. You have GOT to communicate your needs, and try to get your husband to verbalize his feelings. I could see the man being moody. Women have a lot going on with hormones and preparing for the baby. The man I think also (especially when he has other kids and knows the responsibility) Tried to prepare mentally also, and I think sooner the more you have. He probably has a lot on his mind too. My guy seemed to have them for my second and he was a little more understanding for the first and for this one but the second he seemed a little moody. So I can understand what you are going through!
