I had a terrible day! I'm a manager at a cash advance store, and for months it's been a battle with my csr. She was with the company when I was hired as the manager and she resents me for that. It wasn't my decision to hire someone for the position, I just accepted it when it was offered. However, she's done things however she's wanted for so long and they've let it go for so long that I can't change the damage. She's got no car, no license, and those things are imperative when you work in a place like we do. A couple of months ago I wrote a loan and the checks went missing. They very probably were accidentally shredded. Who did it? I don't know. It doesn't really matter. Since I wrote the loan, I took responsibility for it and paid it off with the agreement that if he ever came in to pay for it, I would get my money back. He never came so we filed a claim in court. I received the judgment for it today, and now there is question as to whether or not I am going to be reimbursed for my money. I'm so frustrated with everything! I called my boss on the way home and told him that I'm going to find a new job. NOW he's trying to resolve the situation. ARGH! I just wanted to vent.
