drugs

this is kind of a spin off of another topic. It is really surprising me about all the new drugs that are out. It really makes it hard to be a parent we have to new all the different type of drugs that are out there and what signs they have. What has happened to this world that we live in? I know that when we were growing up there were drugs around, but not like today. I starting to think that I don't want my kids to ever grow up so that I don't have to worry about this. The only think I can do is hope that I will have raised my children the right way and they will stay away from drugs.

The new thing Ive heard about is kids having "pill parties" where they steal their parents prescription pills, put them all together in a big bowl, mix them up and everyone grabs a handful and takes what they get. OMG that's so dangerous! My kids are still young, I can't imagine what it's going to be like when they are teens!!

Yes, you're right and that's one of my fear. I have 3 children and I want them to enjoy their life of being young. They also have dreams that they wanted to fulfill and I am praying to God that he'll protect us everyday.
There's nothing impossible through prayers...
