have you ever heard that when you get older your ears will grow?

I have not kept tab on it. But by other's experience, I learnt that when one grows, one looses hearing power. It in fact deminishes.

I've heard that your ears and nose will keep growing because they're cartilage and not bone. But I don't know for sure.
