what if al-qaida attains a nuclear weapon?

I think that they will use it. But I think al qaida is over the whole world and they are powerfull so perhaps the already have a nuclear weapon.

but if they already have it then why dont they blow-up america or india or israel

Because they know that they cant blow up america with one or two bombs and they also know that they will get a bomb back.
