Please be gentle, this is my very first time and I would really appreciate some input and help from my mylot friends. It is because of you that I have taken this step and I would really like any comments or suggestions you may have. I have published my very first website. Please leave me any comments and suggestions on my site. I still have a lot I want to put on it but this is the beginning and if there is any web designers out there that can give me a few pointers I would really appreciate it. I never knew web design was such hard work. I take my hat off to you all. You have all giving me the courage and insight to embark on this venture.
And Thank you very much.

Hi Bill...
Your site looks very good. I read your "help!" didxussion, too. As far as when to publish, just make the page that you publish to where it doesn't leave your viewer wondering what you're doing when you publish.
Your website is never done, because you will find new products and discover new ways to present. Make it easy to read with the right backgrounds and large enough text to get attention to your message quickly and effectively.
The main thing is to get started. You made a great start! I see where you're going with it. Godspeed!

Not bad at all for your first time!
I do have to say, unless you plan on supplying your visitors with magnifying glasses - up the font size. Depending on what you are using for an HTML editor ... do font size 2 or 12px.
On the main page:
In the code for your jumping business man, there is vspace (vertical space), change it from 0 to 3 or so, play around to find the best padding between the pic and the text.
Below that section, there is a space gif ... it has a height of 20 ... change to 10 or so ... there's too much of a gap between the upper part and the paragraphs below.
On the left navigation column, the color used when you hover your mouse over the link (turns to black) .. use a lighter color than black ... perhaps medium grey.
As you learn more ... you will be moving things around on your site. If you spot something that appeals to you on another site ... look at it's source code to see how they did it. Copy/paste that code to your site and alter to suit your site design.
Keep up the good work! It only gets easier from here on out!

The site is up & looking great, I can't say that I'm in shock, I always knew you can do whatever it is you set your mind to. I'm truly proud that you are making moves, not only to better yourself but to help others also. That alone tells me a lot about you my friend. Success depends upon individual initiative, & girl ..... If there is one thing you show time & time again is initiative! .... "The reason most major goals are not achieved is that we spend most of our time doing second things first". With that being said, you appear to have your priorities in order:-)
You have always been a very positive person, from the first time we enjoyed a healthy exchange online. You put good out in the world, you will get back nothing but good in return. "It's not aptitude, but your attitude, that determines your altitude". Your son couldn't be more proud of you right now sweetie!!! ..... Before I forget,I love the new pic. (God Bless)

Thank you very much, I succeed everytime someone learns something or see something in a new way. Your are right if you don't put your goals first you never get to achieve them. This is only a small part of what I want this site to be. I am also going to start a blog site to teach investing, and a few other topics I am investigating.
