I once read in Readers Digest "TEMPER IS A VALUABLE THING - keep it with you and do not loose it. We loose temper on those whom we love and in whose company we are comfortable. Is it not sheet waste of time and spending our valuable energy to show temper? So what you feel know after reading this?

hello ssh123 :-).
yeah i agree with you. the ability to control our emotions is very important. for me it is one of the indication that a man is really mature.
i used to have a temper as a child. i am very impatient and gets irritated with unimportant things.
i always feel bad after an outburst because i end up saying things i do not really mean and hurting the people who are dear to me. now i learned how to control my temper by keeping in mind that a moment of patience will save me lots of heartaches and trouble. as the poem desiderata goes...go placidly amidst the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence

I know temper is really a bad behaviour of a person. But I just cannot help. I will be calm after I unleash temper on someone.
