the televisions r better then the radio ?

for the communication interactive and information ,televisions is better than radio.it gives full information with the picture/video and voices.but for cheaps technology,simple to carry and energy saver radio is better than tv.radio can be applied to a little gadgets likes Cellular phone,MP player etc.
