I love steak so much. It juicy and it would make you always in full stomach. The difference is how are they cooked or prepared. Medium rare if you want your steak to be tender. easy to slice and its very juicy. Well-one would make the steak tastier and full to its beef flavor. Share your preference.

I like my steak well done please. The site of blood while I'm eating reminds me of the animal that had to die. It's gross and I can't finish my food. Yesterday we marinated steaks and put them on the grill. They were perfect nice and tender and smoky from the grill. Just because it's well done doesn't mean it has to be dry or tough. You just have to know how to cook it.

I am somewhere between the two you listed. . . I like mine medium-well - with little or no pink in the middle. I have a friend that works for a restaurant and she had a request one time for a lady. She said "Just run my steak through a hot kitchen". In other words, she wanted it extremely rare. YUCK! I guess everyone has their preferences, huh?!? LOL

Well done. Nice and dark on the outside. You can get a juicy, tender well done if it is marinated the right way. Grilled on the grill is best!

I love a big juicy med-rare ribeye. I works in a steakhouse for years and can't even being to tell you how many people I would have say I want it burnt! Umm gross at least to me but to each his own right?

Usually I prefer steak to be medium well. I think it's a great combination of juiciness and being adequately cooked. I always fear seeing reddish coloured fluids oozing out from my steak. That's too scary.
So if I had to choose between medium rare or well done, I'd definitely choose well done. Well done might mean that the meat might be a little tough but that sure beats blood oozing out of my steak.

Hi there. Personally I prefer my steak medium well done and thats rock hard either, this way is still juicy and soft as long as its eaten right away, that way I dont see the raw meat or meat that does'nt looked cooked...
