When last did you check your body weight?

I checked my weight about 5 weeks ago. Usually I check it every week but I've been taking a break from worrying about my weight.

i try not to do that, it just depresses me...lol. but seriously, if i get pudgy around the middle, i know its time to start cutting back, i very seldom weigh myself...the last time i had it done was prolly at the drs!!

The last time I checked my body weight, was about two years ago. I used to have a scaleto weigh on but it quit qorking and I haven't bought a new one yet. I haven't been anywhere that has a scale to weigh on but I want to buy a new one soon because I am wanting to lose a little bit of weight and I need to watch my progress.
