Breakfast for Dinner?

Breakfast is my favorite meal. I love all the flavors and there's something about fluffy yellow scrambled eggs that can just cheer you right up. Sometimes we have breakfast for dinner because it is quick, cheaper than normal dinner food and of course because it's one of my faves. Do you like to have breakfast for dinner?

When I was growing up, I loved "breakfast for dinner" nights. We didn't do it often, though. Sometimes it was a breakfast casserole or omelets. I do that once in awhile for my kids. We have omelets or I make creamed chicken on waffles. They have to eat one waffle with creamed chicken on it, but then they can have the rest with syrup if they want. It is fun. . .and easier!

I love breakfast for dinner. A nice big stack or pancakes, fried eggs and toast. Not only is it super easy to make but seems like everyone loves it too.
