I used to be an ESL Instructor in Korea for 6 months but I decided to go back to my country for some personal reason. When I was there I had the chance to taste their different kinds of food which most of 'em are hot and spicy. I found out that they use less meat in their meal and if they will, its mostly lean. What they replace for meat is TOFU or GLUTEN. When cooked, they lookes like real meat but the taste is more of a processed flour. NOw, because of this style, many of them claimed that KOREAN FOOD is the healthiest food in the world? If you have tried, would you agree? If you havent, what do you think so?

I'm currently in Korea as an ESL instructor. I do agree that most of the foods are spicy and the meat is pretty lean. I enjoy Korean BBQ. They also have a lot of soups that use certain vegetables that are good for your health. They eat a lot of sea food as well. On the other hand, they do like a lot of fried foods.
