Any signs to show that your menstration is arriving?

I usually just get shouted at a lot and told that I "don't understand" and that "men are b@st@rds". lol

Let me see, I usually get very bad cramps a few days before, and during, my period. Also, I get very bloated. I also get very moody. My husband actually gets scared of me! Everytime I start to get moody, he says to me, "you're getting your period, aren't you?"

I get really bad stomach cramps, and sometimes headaches. I feel extremely irritable, and I eat chocolate by the kilogram!! The nice thing is that I am intune with my body and aware of these symptoms, so I can warn people around me how I am feeling, and what will happen if they provoke me.

About two weeks before it comes I break out, I get about 3 zits. I also crave salty foods. Mostly my face shows it, I don't usually break out, but I do when it's on the way so as soon as I get one I know it's on the way. I don't really get bloated or get cramps until it's actually here, though. Thankfully mine doesn't last too long, it has always lasted about 3 days, I wear the pads/tampons still on the 4th just in case, but usually it's clean minus some specks.

just like you i started to feel that my tummy is very bloated and i started to feel cramps. my legs usually ache when im about to start my period.
