Error In Ebay Software

Has this ever happened to you... you bid on an item, look at the shipping cost, and when you win the bid the invoice has a much higher shipping cost than was on the listing? This happened to me twice recently, needless to say I was not amused! One seller has not even acknowledged my email requetsing the adjsutment but yet has proceeded to submit and unpaid item report of me to ebay. The other seller was very gracious, looked into and sent me the correct invoice, he apologized and said that they had found an error in the ebay software which was responsible for the higher than quoted shipping price. This is not in the least bit funny.
